Post arrival at Jaipur, you all are requested to check in to our pre-booked hotel In Jaipur, by 12 noon. have an introduction session with the fellow travelers along with the tour leader. Later we start our Jaipur local city Tour. Will ride to Jal Mahal (Water Palace), make a stop at the Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) and visit the Gaitor Maharaja’s cenotaphs, discover the Royal district of the City Palace and learn about the daily life of Maharajas. Will have Rajasthani Lunch in a Heritage Haveli & also Taste Local street food , visit popular attractions which is Nahargarh Fort, Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 2 :
JAIPUR TO JODHPUR VIA PALI
Today after breakfast we will be heading towards blue city Jodhpur. We will visit BULLET BABA(banna) first to take his blessings in Pali(jodhpur), Reach Resort by early evening take some rest and explore nearby local market, Dinner & Overnight stay at Resort.
Day 3 :
JODHPUR lOCAL
Start your day with a delicious traditional breakfast. We have arranged Jodhpur city tour for you like Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Palace and after that Lip-smacking food walk. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 :
JODHPUR TO JAISALMER
After breakfast we head towards the Jaisalmer, THE Golden City. it’s distinguished by its yellow sandstone architecture. Dominating the skyline is Jaisalmer Fort, a sprawling hilltop citadel buttressed by 99 bastions. Behind its massive walls stand the ornate Maharaja’s Palace and intricately carved Jain temples. Reach Jaisalmer by early evening and Witness the stunning architectural beauty of Jaisalmer Fort.Tour ornate Haveli’s made of yellow sandstone, have dinner and take rest. .
Day 5 :
JAISALMER SAM SAND DUNES
( Mud houses, dunes and a quiet life here) Post breakfast we will shift to Our Camps In Sam Sand Dunes. Before Noon will head towards Tanot Mata Temple. The heritage site is preserved and maintained by the Border Security Force (BSF) of India since the Indo-Pakistan war in 1971. Now we will take a stopover at 1971 Indo-Pak battle field LONGEWALA. Reach SAND DUNES by evening, we will go for Camel Safari and witness the sunset, this is going to be memorable evening with Cultural Rajasthani performances around Roaring Camp fire, Delicious and hygienic Dinner.
Day 6 :
JAISALMER TO UDAIPUR VIA BARMER
Early morning get ready for Desert Safari In Sam, have Breakfast, later This day, we will be heading towards Mewar Kingdom, is a city in the western Indian state of Rajasthan, it’s set around a series of artificial lakes and is known for its lavish royal residences, City Palace, overlooking Lake Pichola, Dinner & Overnight stay at Resort.
Day 7 :
UDAIPUR TO KUMBHALGARH VIA NARLAI
After breakfast we head towards Kumbhalgarh,The fort that has made its mark in history as the second largest wall after the Great Wall of China – it is none but the Kumbhalgarh fort in Rajasthan, reach by noon, visit Kumbhalgarh Fort, the scenic wildlife sanctuary, temples and many more, dinner and overnight stay at resort.
Day 8 :
KUMBHALGARH TO JAIPUR
After breakfast we head towards Jaipur the last part of this majestic tour, taking with us memories worth a lifetime and friendships to cherish forever!

1. Sequence of the day-wise itinerary tour program may change depending upon traffic schedules/restrictions on some roads and
other unforeseen events.
2. If there is any unprecedented hike in the cost of transport (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation, it will affect the cost.
3. We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any
unforeseen events. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package price.

70% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited before 30 days of the departure date – Failure to adhere to the Payment Policy can
lead to a cancelation of the booking without any prior notice to the booker.
b) Cancellation policy : – Cancellation before 30 days of the departure date: 20% of the total billing amount will be
charged as cancelation amount – Cancelation within 30 days of the departure date: 100% of the total billing amount will be
charged as cancelation.

  • No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
  •  Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within  44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 
  • There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we’ll be moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it’s only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
  •  If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
