Itinerary

Day 1 :
Arrive at New Delhi
Upon arrival at New Delhi, we will provide you with the pickup point from where we will start our Bus Journey to Manali. Our crew member will meet you at the pickup point and help you to get into the bus. Get ready for the long overnight journey from Delhi to Manali. It’s a 530Kms distance which may take 13-14 hours to reach Manali.
Day 2 :
Manali Local sightseeing
On the 2nd day of the Manali Leh Manali Bike trip, you will reach Manali in the morning, our crew member will pick you up from the bus stop and drop you at the hotel. You will meet our Ride captain or Tour leader in the evening for a briefing, Introduction to your motorcycles, riding gears scrutiny, Safety measures and other important aspects of the tour followed by dinner. You need to take ample rest today so that you can get acclimatize soon. Manali is at the height of 2050Mtrs ASL.
Day 3 :
Manali to Sarchu
Today you will be riding for the first time on Leh Ladakh Bike trip, soon after the breakfast, we will saddle up for one of the most Adventurous Motorcycle Tours in the world. We will ride out of the Manali town and reach Solang valley road at Dundhi village, it’s the starting point of “Atal Tunnel” which is the world’s longest high-altitude road tunnel at the height of 3000Mtrs above sea level, a total distance of the tunnel is about 9Kms,after that, we will reach Telling village which is the other side of the tunnel on Manali-Leh highway. Today we will cross Baralacha Pass before reaching Sarchu; Baralacha pass is at the height of 4890Mtrs ASL. Sarchu is at the height of 14000ft and oxygen level is always differing from low altitude areas. Time: 04– 05 hrs. Distance: 175 kms
Day 4 :
Sarchu to Leh
After an early breakfast, we will start our ride towards Leh, which is the main destination on the Ladakh Motorcycle trip. The journey from Sarchu to Leh is quite challenging because we will be crossing Gata loops, Nakeela Pass, Lachungla Pass, Moore Plains and Tanglangla pass before reaching Leh. So, it will easily take around 8-10 hours to reach Leh from Sarchu. So be ready for the longest journey of Leh Ladakh bike tour. By evening we will be able to reach Leh, Leh is located at the height of 3500Mtrs ASL.
Day 5 :
Leh half day local sightseeing
After 2 days of tiring ride, we will start exploring Leh local sightseeing. We will start our ride after 12 noon, we will be exploring Pathar sahab gurudwara, Magnetic Hill, Indus & Zanskar river confluence and Shanthi Stupa in the evening.
Day 6 :
Leh to Nubra valley
Today we will start our journey towards Nubra valley, Nubra valley is a coldest desert situated at the height of 10000ft asl in Himalayas. Before reaching we will cross Khardungla pass at the height of 5380Mtrs, which is the world’s highest motorable road. We will also visit Diskit gompa and Hunder sand dunes, where you can do double hump camel safari. By evening we will reach the camp in Nubra valley. Time: 04– 05 hrs. Distance: 140 kms.
Day 7 :
Nubra valley to Pangong lake
After breakfast we will start our journey towards world famous Pangong lake at the height of 14000Ft asl, we will be taking Nubra – Shoyk valley route, the entire roads are very tricky with sudden twists and turns with multiple water crossings. We will reach Pangong lake by evening, rest of the day you can spend time near the lake. Time: 04– 05 hrs. Distance: 175 kms.
Day 8 :
Pangong Lake to Leh
After breakfast we will start our return journey to Leh Via Changla mountain pass, Changla pass is situated at the height of 17900ft height and it’s the 3rd highest mountain pass in the world. We will reach Leh by evening and rest of the day you can spend time by yourself by spending time in Leh local market for shopping.
Day 9 :
Leh to Kargil
After exploring one of the magnificent creations of God, we will start our return journey towards Kargil. Most of the roads are tarmac with beautiful villages on both the sides of the road. We will explore Moon landscape in Lamayuru, also we will cross Naki La mountain pass and Fotu La pass, Fotu la pass in the highest point in Srinagar – Leh highway. By evening we will reach Kargil.
Day 10 :
Kargil to Srinagar
Today will be the last day of the trip, and we will start our final journey towards Srinagar. We will visit Drass, Kargil war memorial, Zoji La pass and Sonamarg before reaching Srinagar, by evening we will reach Srinagar and end of the trip.
Day 11 :
Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast you will be check out from the hotel and you can proceed towards your onward journey.

1. Sequence of the day-wise itinerary tour program may change depending upon traffic schedules/restrictions on some roads
and other unforeseenevents.
2. If there is any unprecedented hike in the cost of transport (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation, it will affect the
cost.
3. We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or
any unforeseen events. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package price.
4. Only backpacks are allowed. You can carry luggage weighing not more than 10 Kgs per person with you. Extra luggage
will cost additional.
5. INR 5000 (Refundable) Per bike to be deposited as bike security at the starting of the trip to the trip captain.

6. If situation arises like Sate union issues/clashes then we might need to shift you in Vehicle instead of bike for your safety.
a) Payment Policy : – 30% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited as the booking amount at the me of the booking –
Remainder 70% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited before 30 days of the departure date – Failure to adhere to the
Payment Policy can lead to a cancelation of the booking without any prior notice to the booker.

  • No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
  •  Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within  44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 70% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then  100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee. 
  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 
  • There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we’ll be moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it’s only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
  •  If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
  •  Kaizen Adventours will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).
