Itinerary

Day 1 :
Departure from Delhi to Manali
Arrive In Dellhi, explore the city if time permits, later in evening meet your fellow travellers at pickup point, overnight journey by Volvo bus, reach Manali my early morning, wake up in snow clad mountains with a new day.
Day 2 :
Stay In Manali
This adventurous trip starts with your arrival in Manali, check-in to the hotel, make yourself comfortable to relax till afternoon. Taste the flavors of the delicious Indian cuisine at the buffet organized at the hotel. we have organized a tour briefing session about the details of the activities, route, challenges SOPs, Do’s and Don’ts and other useful information related to our journey. Then comes the most important part, introduction to your main partner on this tour, your motorbike. Self explore the market in evening time.
Day 3 :
Manali to Sarchu
Today you will be riding for the first time on Leh Ladakh Bike trip, soon after the breakfast, we will saddle up for one of the most Adventurous Motorcycle Tours in the world. We will ride out of the Manali town and reach Solang valley road at Dundhi village, it’s the starting point of “Atal Tunnel” which is the world’s longest highaltitude road tunnel at the height of 3000Mtrs above sea level, a total distance of the tunnel is about 9Kms, after that, we will reach Telling village which is the other side of the tunnel on Manali-Leh highway. Today we will cross Baralacha Pass before reaching Sarchu; Baralacha pass is at the height of 4890Mtrs ASL. Sarchu is at the height of 14000ft and oxygen level is always differing from low altitude areas. Time: 05– 06 hrs. Distance: 175 kms
Day 4 :
Sarchu to Leh
After an early breakfast, we will start our ride towards Leh, which is the main destination on the Ladakh Motorcycle trip. The journey from Sarchu to Leh is quite challenging because we will be crossing Gata loops, Nakeela Pass, Lachungla Pass, Moore Plains and Tanglangla pass before reaching Leh. So, it will easily take around 8-10 hours to reach Leh from Sarchu. So be ready for the longest journey of Leh Ladakh bike tour. By evening we will be able to reach Leh, Leh is located at the height of 3500Mtrs ASL. Sarchu to Leh Time: 08 – 09 hrs. Distance: 240 kms.
Day 5 :
Leh Local seight seeing
After the Breakfast we will ride towards the famous destination around Leh, we will ride to Pathar sahab gurudwara, Magnetic Hill, Indus & Zanskar river confluence and Shanthi Stupa. The architecture and beauty of Shanti Stup is unexplainable. The altitude of Shanti Stupa allows us to picturize the entire view of Leh Ladakh. Evening you can explore the shiny markets of Leh city, Dinner & Overnight in Leh hotel.
Day 6 :
Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardungla
After Breakfast ride to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motor able road in the World, 18,380 ft) will stop at south Pullu for munching break before conquering Khardungla top. Another break at north Pullu then to the deskit monastery followed by hunder sand dunes where you can ride a double hump camel Village, dinner and overnight at nubra. Time: 04– 05 hrs. Distance: 140 kms.
Day 7 :
Nubra Valley to Pangong Via Changla & Lukung
Today After breakfast we start for Pangong. You will be riding alongside the river Shyok. The total distance on this road between Nubra and Pangong Tso is approximately 200 km and the total travel time is about 7 hours. We will be passing through Khalsar – Agam -Shyok -Durbok – Tangste before reaching ngong. We will have our lunch at Durbok. Check-in to your camps, take ome rest and get fresh. Enjoy the mesmerizing views or take a walk along the Pangong Lake. Overnight in camp. Time: 07– 08 hrs. Distance: 260 kms.
Day 8 :
Pangong lake to Leh
We will begin our return journey today post breakfast by heading back towards Leh which will be 225kms. The Chang La is a high mountain pass in Ladakh, India. It is claimed to be the second highest motor-able road in the world. Chang La is approached from Leh via Kharu and Saktivillage by an asphalt road Upon our rrival at Leh, the evening will be at rest with dinner and night stay in hotel /Camps.
Day 9 :
Leh to Sarchu
We begin early morning post breakfast for Sarchu which is 250 kms via TanglangLa,Tanglang La is paved, with the exception of a very short unpaved section just north of the pass.Upon our arrival at Sarchu, the evening will be at rest with dinner and night stay in camps. Leh to Sarchu Time: 6-7 hrs. Distance: 250kms.
Day 10 :
Sarchu to Manali Via Baralacha pass
On this day of the trip from Sarchu, we drive through Jispa, Keylong, Tandi, Sissu and head towards Manali. Considered to be the last village in Lahaul Valley, Jispa is the perfect hideout if you are looking for some peace and calm. The village is also the pit stop for travelers making their way to Leh. We will be crossing Baralacha La Pass and Atal Tunnel to reach Manali, it’s been a great journey. And it’s not the end. On the contrary, it’s the beginning. It’s the beginning of a promise to return to the fascinating Himalayan valleys where you made friends for life with its people, the colours of the landscape, the smell of fresh air, the gaze of the millions of stars, and your always-smiling friends. 1. Sequence of the day-wise itinerary tour program may change depending upon traffic schedules/restrictions on some roads

4. Only backpacks are allowed. You can carry luggage weighing not more than 10 Kgs per person with you. Extra luggage
will cost additional.
5. INR 5000 (Refundable) Per bike to be deposited as bike security at the starting of the trip to the trip captain.

6. If situation arises like Sate union issues/clashes then we might need to shift you in Vehicle instead of bike for your safety.
a) Payment Policy : – 30% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited as the booking amount at the me of the booking –
Remainder 70% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited before 30 days of the departure date – Failure to adhere to the
Payment Policy can lead to a cancelation of the booking without any prior notice to the booker.

  • No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
  •  Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within  44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 70% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 
  • There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we’ll be moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it’s only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
  •  If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
  •  Kaizen Adventours will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).
