Itinerary

Day 1 :
Arrive in leh
Arrive In Leh, meet our crew at airport, get transferred to pre-booked hotels, explore the city if time permits, later in evening you will be briefed about the route, and challenges. Dinner and night stay will be at Leh.
Day 2 :
Leh to Nubra valley
After breakfast, we will start our 2nd day of Leh Ladakh Motorbike trip towards Nubra Valley. Nubra valley is situated at the height of 3000Mtrs ASL and it’s the coldest desert in the entire Himalayas. We will cross Khardungla Mountain pass, which is also the world’s highest motorable road in the world at the height of 5300Mtrs asl. We will also visit Diskit monastery and Sand dunes in the evening.
Day 3 :
Nubra valley to Pangong lake DAY
Soon after the breakfast, we will start our rid
Soon after the breakfast, we will start our ride towards Pangong Tso Lake, before that we will cross multiple check post where we need to submit our restricted area permits and inner line permits. By early evening we will reach Spangmik village which is at the banks of Pangong Tso Lake. We will be staying at tented accommodation today. Pangong Lake is located at the height of 4225Mtrs ASL
Day 4 :
Pangong Lake to Leh
We will leave Pangong Lake after breakfast and head towards Leh, Post that we will start ascending towards Changla Pass, which is the 3rd Highest Motorable Road at the height of 5300Mtrs ASL,we will spend some time and then starts to descend towards Leh. By early evening we will reach Leh and rest of the day you can enjoy roaming at Leh Bazaar and buy some souvenirs.
Day 5 :
Leh local sightseeing
After breakfast we will start exploring Leh local sightseeing, we will visit Pathar sahab gurudwara, Magnetic Hill, Indus & Zanskar confluence and Shanthi Stupa. We will get back to Leh by evening, and rest of the day you can spend time by yourself by spending time in Leh local market for shopping & souvenirs. Leh local sightseeing
Day 6 :
Departure from Leh
After breakfast you will be dropped to Leh Airport towards your onward journey

1. Sequence of the day-wise itinerary tour program may change depending upon traffic schedules/restrictions on some roads and other unforeseenevents.
2. If there is any unprecedented hike in the cost of transport (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation or anything related , it will affect the cost
and will be asked to pay during the tour.
3. We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen events. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the package price.


4. Only backpacks are allowed. You can carry luggage weighing not more than 10 Kgs per person with you. Extra luggage will cost additional.

5. If situation arises like Sate union issues/clashes then we might need to shift you in Vehicle instead of bike for your safety.
6. INR 5000 (Refundable) Per bike to be deposited as bike security at the starting of the trip to the trip captain.

7. Luggage Backup vehicle will be available when 10 or more then 10 person in group.

a) Payment Policy : – 30% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited as the booking amount at the me of the booking –
Remainder 70% of the Total Billing Amount to be deposited before 30 days of the departure date – Failure to adhere to the Payment Policy can lead to a cancelation of the booking without any prior notice to the booker.

  • No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
  •  Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within  44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 70% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
  • If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee. 
  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand. 
  • There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we’ll be moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it’s only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
  •  If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
