We went on Ladakh bike tour and this was my first trip ever and kaizen team made it the best for me. Sanjay helped me a lot in clearing all my doubts, and made sure that all the safety measures will be taken care of. Each and every group member were really nice throughout the trip. Vijay our tour lead guided us really well and shared his best knowledge so that we can take care of our health and reach the next halt on time, Ended the trip with lots of good memories and hope this journey is not last with them.

The kaizen service was too good from my side. Something was disappoint Like delhi to manali bus service was not scheduled. Ground team leader mr. Sanjay was best person in my group. I went on trip to Meghalaya with kaizen, it was one of the best trips I had ,whole journey was amazing. Accommodations were comfortable , food was amazing. Our group captain sanjay was well experienced and patient and made the whole trip enjoyable. Overall it was a well balanced trip and would highly recommend kaizen adventours.

We went with the team for Spiti Valley 4x4 trip. The process of booking was simple and quick. With just one / two WhatsApp messages booking was done for the trip. Our Guide sanjay and his team of Ustads were professional. Kaizen Team for all 8 days were helpful, cheerful and wonderful :). Enjoyed a lot in these 8 days. Looking forward for our next trip with these guys!
