ITINERARY

Delhi to Manali

The trip starts from Delhi, Meet our representative at Volvo pick up meeting point in Delhi, You will further travel in Volvo in an overnight journey to Manali , from Manali our motorcycle trip will start.

Manali

Upon your arrival at Patlikuhl stop near Manali, the team will take you by tempo traveller to your respective hotels to freshen up and rest a while. In the afternoon,we will have our first briefing session by the Road Marshall who will brief the team about the road conditions and ridding techniques.Post lunch the team will be allotted bikes and will be taken for a test ride till Jana waterfalls. Post the test ride the team can confirm if any issues with the bikes they have been allotted

Manali to Jibhi

Today we begin our journey towards our 1st stop at Jibhi. We will start our day post breakfast.Dinner & Night Stay at Jibhi. Often referred to as a mesmerising “hamlet” situated amidst the lush green forests and surrounded by variegated mountains. Jibhi is just the right place to relax and spend some peaceful moments with your loved ones. An offbeat place in Himachal Pradesh, Jibhi is untouched by industrialization and surrounded by nature. The dense pine forests, tranquil freshwater lakes and pristine temples make this place worth visiting.

Jibhi to Sangla

Today we will be heading towards Sangla.Upon arrival at Sangla, you may rest and gear up for the ride the next day. Dinner & Night Stay at Sangla. Sangla, a populous village, situated on the right bank of the Baspa river, is famous for its high fertile soil. The natural scenery all around and the eternal snow view are picturesque and charming. It is located in the famous Baspa valley.

Sangla to Kalpa

Today we will be heading towards Kalpa, Dinner & Night stay at Kalpa. Kalpa is a small town in the Sutlej river valley, above Reckong Peo in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh, Northern India, in the Indian Himalaya. Inhabited by Kinnauri people and known for its apple orchards. Apples are a major cash-crop for the region.

Kalpa to Kaza

Today we will be heading towards Kaza. Upon arrival at Kaza, we will explore the town along with its local Monasteries such as ancient Sakya Tangyud Monastery, Tangyud Monastery, Key Gompa, Kibber village, Gette Village.Dinner & Night Stay at Kaza. The town of Kaza or Kaze is the sub divisional headquarters of the remote Spiti Valley in the western Himalayas in Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh.We will return by evening post which you may rest and gear up for the ride the next day.

Kaza

By far, this will be the most eventful day of your journey. Start your ride early in the morning as this one is going to be a long day. Visit the world’s highest post office which is located in Hikkim and also the world’s highest village connected via motorable road, Komik. Also, visit the famous Langza where you will get tremendous views of the Chau Chau Kang Nelda Peak and the Buddha Statue looking down at the valley. Dinner and overnight stay at Kaza.

Kaza to Chandratal

Post breakfast we continue our journey by riding towards Chandra Taal. Dinner & Night Stay at Tents near Chandratal lake. Chandra Taal or Chandra Tal is a lake in the Spiti part of Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh. Chandra Tal starts from Batal, and the journey is breathtakingly beautiful.

Chandartalto Manali

Today we start our return journey back to Manali. Upon arrival, the team may rest for a while. The rest of the night is for leisure. Dinner & Night Stay at Manali

Manali to Delhi

Ta doransha, kha-leh shu, yâng-kya pheb-ronang!! (It’s time to go, Goodbye, Please come again!!) Goodbyes are not the end!! It is the beginning of a new chapter. You will be dropped at volvo pick up point from where you will head back to Delhi in an overnight journey

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we’ll be moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it’s only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
Kaizen Adventours will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).
