ITINERARY

Arrival at New Delhi

Upon arrival in New Delhi, you need to reach the hotel and check in on your own. You will meet our Ride captain or Tour leader in the evening for a briefing, Introduction to your motorcycles, riding gears scrutiny, Safety measures, and other important aspects of the tour followed by dinner

New Delhi to Narkanda

On the 2nd day of the White Spiti road trip, we will start our ride early in the morning towards Narkanda via Chandigarh & Shimla. The roads are flat till we reach Kandaghat, after that, we will start ascending toward the valleys of Shimla, after that it will be completely twists and turns till we reach Narkanda. By evening we will reach Narkanda. Narkanda is at the height of 2700Mtrs ASL.

Narkanda to kalpa

After breakfast we will start our 3rd day of the Winter Spiti valley bike trip towards Kalpa, we will be riding through the foothills of the Himalayas. En route, we will cross Rampur, Sarahan, Rakcham, and Sangla before reaching Kalpa. From Tapri till Kalpa it’s an uphill and single-track mountain road, the riding speed will be comparatively slow; we will reach Kalpa by evening, Kalpa is at the height of 3450Mtrs ASL.

Kalpa to Kaza

We will leave Kalpa soon after breakfast since we are going to enter Spiti valley today. To begin with, we will visit Dhankar Monastery; Dhankar Gompa is over 1000 years old. We will also visit Tabo monastery before reaching Kaza. By Evening we will reach Kaza. Kaza is the headquarters of the Spiti valley division and is situated at the height of 3800Mtrs.

Kaza local sightseeing

around Kaza. It’s going to be a leisure day hence we will start our ride at 10 am after breakfast. First, we will visit “Key Monastery”, is a 1000- year-old Buddhist monastery situated at the height of 13700Ft ASL, later will ride towards Langza village, then to Komic Village-Highest village in the world connected by Motorable road at the height of 4520Mtrs ASL. After having lunch at Komic we will ride towards Hikkim village which has the highest post functional post office in the world at the height of 4400Mtrs ASL. By early evening we will return to Kaza and for the rest of the day you can enjoy exploring Kaza town by walk

Kaza to kinnaur

After exploring Kaza, we will enter start our return journey towards Kinnaur. Kinnaur is a beautiful place in the lap of Himachal Pradesh, it is famous for its Apple orchids and ancient Hindu temples. By evening we will reach Kinnaur.

Kinnaur to Shimla

This will be the most tiring day on this trip, as we will be starting our return journey towards Shimla, it will take 8-10Hrs before reaching Shimla. Most of the roads are will be passing through the Hindustan Tibet Highway. By evening we will reach Shimla.

Shimla to New Delhi

Last day of riding on White Spiti Expeditions, after breakfast we will start our final day of the trip from Shimla to Delhi. It will take 8-10Hrs to reach Delhi. By evening we will reach Delhi and we will drop off the bikes. We will meet again for a farewell dinner

Departure from New Delhi

After breakfast, you will be checking out from the hotel and you can proceed on your onward journey.

Accommodation for 8 days on Triple Sharing basis mentioned as per the itinerary (Double Sharing basis for couples).

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable)
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 44 Days to 30 Days of the Departure Date then only 25% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 29 Days to 15 Days of the Departure Date then only 50% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
There would be no refund provided in case there occur some problems due to government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances. On the occasion of any such happenings, we have a backup plan ready most of the time and we’ll be moving onto that. There are times when we would have to cancel some activities mentioned in the itinerary but it’s only due to the reason that we would be bound by a circumstance that is not in our control.
If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
Kaizen Adventours will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.).
